Fair to Poor Quality
To be completely honest, I’ve had nothing but problems since we’ve moved in. The people working in the office and others that live in the community are nice enough. However, I’ve had an exterminator out 3 times for bugs, caught 6 mice, amid other minor problems since I moved in just 3 months ago. The rent is cheap, but the apartments are laid out oddly when it comes to light switches, and heating cooling units. They do allow dogs and the pool is always clean and not too busy, which are both a bonus.

Great place
Great place to live. Hardly hear neighbors, place is well maintained, maintenance is resolved within 24 hours or less. Upgrades are always taking place. I feel safe living here and it’s affordable

Quality apartments but other apartment-mates can be rude in the noise. Excellent maintenance and timely fashion repairs when needed. Staff professional and very helpful. If I would to recommend a place to live at, I would recommend this place.
Quiet, clean but needs some updates
I can hear the neighbors upstairs walk across the floor and play their video games. The staff and maintenance are helpful and timely. I love that the location of the trails and woods is so near. I don’t hesitate to walk the sidewalks at night lots of people walking their dogs. Pet friendly. I feel like this is a community nestled in the woods and hills next to the Illinois River, but can feel a bit isolates when my cell phone calls are routinely dropped inside my apartment.
