This is the most friendly neighborhood you could ever find. The staff is very curtious and most careing. They check in on the resident if you ask them too. Like had a tooth pulled . The office has wonderful hours and always someone there to help. They do stamps, change for the coin wash, UPS, FEDEX stops daily.
Grounds are neatly done all year around. Patios that are divided so you dont feel like you are on top of you neighbor. One of the great things I love about the paito is we can use gas grills. The city of Peoria does not allow this . The pool is a walk in and great for first timers or those that are experienced. Walking pets and self cleanup is a must. The Nature Center is just a few feet away if you like to hike.

A clean, safe, well kept complex.
For a woman living alone, I appreciate that it is safe for me to take a walk outside at night if I want to and feel safe in the neighborhood . The apartment is spacious enough for what I need, and the property itself is kept clean and well groomed. The only thing that sucks is the spiders – be ready for spiders spiders everywhere spiders !!!
