Lease Options available:
- 4 Month lease is an additional 17% of base rent plus a One-Time Non-refundable redecorating fee of $100.00
- 6 month lease is an additional 12% of base rent
Forest Park does require all residents to obtain Renter’s Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 liability insurance.
