maintenance problems get fixed fast, cilco is very affordable compared to other apartments.

Forest Park is both very professional and makes you feel like you’re a person, not just a renter or source of income. The entire staff is warm and welcome The apartments are a little dated and need some updating, but nothing that isn’t manageable. They have been doing minor updating recently, which is very nice Dave, the property manager, is probably the nicest, most honest and genuine guys to rent from. He makes sure that he and his staff make all of us feel at home. I consider them more like neighbors rather than staff. I just signed my third lease here and don’t plan on leaving any time soon. Thank you to the FP staff for all of your hard work and accommodations You all are awesome

This is a wonderful community of apartments that feels like it’s own little village. Staff is always helpful and the amenities are wonderful here.

Living here is pretty comfortable. The environment is pretty relaxed. The neighbors are not too noisy and people are usually friendly.

The area is outstanding with a beautiful park and great trails. One of the the things I like the most about living here are looking at all the beautiful houses along prospect. Everyone I’ve meet here so far has been wonderful and my neighbors are great. The icing on the cake is the maintenance. It is unusual for an apartment building to be so responsive with maintenance calls.
