Exactly what you need plus some. The pool is great, never too crowded and well maintained. The neighbors are for the most part quiet and easy to get along with which is so important in tight quarters. The staff makes the apartments not just a place to live but a home. Terry is the best facilities manager you could ever ask for and respects your pets and gets to know them. Mail room is perfect and makes going on trips or out of town stress free. The laundry room is a laundry room, it is nothing fancy but it is always clean and the price is very reasonable. Recycling on site. Car wash onsite. Great parking, even for guest. Trash easy. You can walk and feel safe even at night. Close to I-74. Your lease is an agreement and not so much a threat, the staff will work with you. Outdated apartment but easy to spruce and look past for all of the great features and the price.

I have been a resident of Forest Park Apartments for several years. I would highly recommend them. They have a great office staff. The Maintenance and grounds Maintenance personnel are excellent. Very fast service. Apartments are a good value with reasonable rates and great location. Again, I would highly recommend Forest Park Apartments.

I love the maintenance staff at Forest Park. They are all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They really make you feel comfortable. Rebekah and Dave, in the office, are very helpful and always make you feel like you are the priority.

The apartments are nice. Comfortable and well laid out. The apartment management seems to keep up with updating and fixing issues.

The grounds could use a little work. The dog park has holes in the fencing, by the gates especially, that small dogs can run right through. Considering these apartments want you to have dogs under 20 lbs, this poses a huge issue. The gardens are pretty during spring and summer, but there is so much more that could be done with them. It would be nice to see more flowers and diverse plants, rather than having switch grass, pampas grass, or zebra grass. I love the tenants’ gardens. Seeing the many different gardens grow is beautiful. It is great to have a pool on site. If only we could have a gym as well, but I understand that funding such a thing could be an issue.

Overall, my family and I really love living here. Any issues we have are small compared to the many positives we feel about the complex.
