I lived in a studio at Forest Park for two years before I moved out of state. The price was the best I could find in the area.The staff was always friendly and informative. Any maintenance issue I had were taken care of almost as swiftly as I could report it. They would come snake my bath tub drain any time I asked. And when my air conditioning went out in the middle of the summer talk about hot , they replaced it within hours. In the winter they did a good job of clearing the parking lot of the snow. The pool was never over crowed or really noisy.The complex is nicely tucked into a wooded area, which makes it quite. Would’ve been nice if there was a grocery store or gas station closer, but never a real problem. If I did not have to move for work, I would’ve have definitely stayed.

I would say live somewhere else. The Pest control leaves a lot to be desired. Then you can possibly get charged for something not in your lease.

It is an older apartment complex with very good management and service person.

I’ve been living at the Forest Park Apartments for four years, and I love it I’ve lived at other apartment complexes and they are all pathetic in comparison. Not only is the monthly rent reasonable, but the staff really and truly care about their residents The maintenance team is wonderful professional, friendly, respectful, fast, and efficient. Issues are fixed, not like other complexes where problems are rigged for temporary fixes. The owners care about the quality of their units. I love living next to Forest Park. I’m able to take hikes from the convenience of a trail behind my building. I feel extremely safe coming and going at any time-day or night. I enjoy the clean and well cared for pool in the summers. I can go on and on My apartment is not just an apartment, it’s my home. The staff are not just staff, they’re family. In addition, my two kitties love calling the apartment home as well. They enjoy watching wildlife from the patio door so many birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and rabbits .

Quiet, peaceful place to live with alot of amenities including beautiful hiking trails conveniently located right around the corner, beautiful park like landscaping all around, pool, on site management, all the benefits and activities of the Heights right up the road. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone Come check it out Beautiful place to live
