wonderful place to live, in a convient area
There is always great parking, there is very rarely anyone outside making noise, great maintenance, I cant stress that enough They are wonderful. Downfall is the walls are thin, so you do hear your neighbors from time to time, depending on who they are and how much respect they have for others.

The apartment sizes are great They are affordable and convenient to the Peoria area. The location is set in a beautiful area. The pool is gorgeous and always clean and refreshing. The maintenance is EXCELLENT When you need something done in your apartment or fixed.. it is usually done that day or the next Certainly an up kept apartment building
